Commitment to Child Safety
D1 ("Company," "we," "us," "our") is committed to keeping our platform and community safe. We strictly prohibit any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. Our standards are designed to comply with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and to protect all users of the D1 mobile application (the "App").
Table of Contents
1. Prohibition of CSAE and CSAM
We have a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
CSAE refers to child sexual abuse and exploitation, including content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes grooming a child for sexual exploitation, sextorting a child, trafficking of a child for sex, or otherwise sexually exploiting a child.
CSAM stands for child sexual abuse material. It is illegal and our Terms of Service prohibit using our products and services to store or share this content. CSAM consists of any visual depiction, including but not limited to photos, videos, and computer-generated imagery, involving the use of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
Any user found to be sharing, promoting, or engaging in CSAE or CSAM will be immediately permanently banned from D1, and reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
2. In-App Reporting Mechanism
D1 provides an in-app mechanism for users to easily communicate their concerns and report violations, including instances of suspected CSAE or CSAM. Users can access the reporting and feedback tools directly within the D1 App without needing to leave the application.
We strongly encourage our community to report any suspicious or harmful behavior immediately.
3. Addressing CSAM
D1 takes immediate and appropriate action to address any instances of CSAM. Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM within our App, we will:
- Immediately remove or disable access to the offending material.
- Permanently suspend the accounts of users involved.
- Report the incident to the appropriate law enforcement agencies and organizations as required by law.
4. Compliance with Child Safety Laws
D1 acts in accordance with our published standards and all relevant applicable child safety laws. We continuously review our policies and procedures to ensure alignment with global norms and legal requirements regarding child safety and CSAM prevention.
